Musical Theatre
Summer Camp
Stage Dor's Musical Theatre Summer Camp focuses on three essential components of musical theatre: dance, drama, and voice. During this 4-week intensive program, students learn how to find the story and their own truth in dance, speech, and song - and have fun doing it!

We work with Broadway show tunes, the scenes the lead up to them, and lots of great choreography. We put on our own musical production feturing fabulous Broadway songs from shows like Footloose, Wicked, Inthe Heights, and even some Glee songs! Students learn new skills, have a good time, and gain confidence in the process.

Our summer 2012 program includes 22 hours per week of Broadway jazz, jazz technique, hip hop, contemporary, acting, vocal performance, choreography lab, makeup for stage & film, and costume design.

Classes will be held Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays @ 9 am to 4 pm, with a break for lunch.
